Which MindTheGapps Version Do I Need? (arm vs arm64 & Android Version)
The single most common reason a GApps flash fails is downloading the wrong package. MindTheGapps is split by two things: your Android version and your device's CPU architecture. Get both right and installation is painless.
1. Match your Android version
MindTheGapps is built per Android release — Android 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and so on. The GApps version must match the Android version of your custom ROM, not your original stock firmware. For example, if you flashed a LineageOS 22 build based on Android 15, you need the Android 15.0 MindTheGapps package.
To check the ROM's Android version, open Settings → About phone → Android version, or read the ROM's download page.
2. Choose arm or arm64

- Install a free CPU info app and look for "arm64-v8a" (64-bit) or "armeabi-v7a" (32-bit).
- Or check the ROM's official page — it states the target architecture.
